Hopla Chef was created in 2019 with the nonprofit Collectif Ensemble. The concept proved itself in the field. Levis Global is now taking it over to relaunch it and push it further than a nonprofit could: new edition, distribution, scale.

Six responsible AI agents

Malo, Lina, Nino, Sacha, Camille and Basile: each one covers a specific everyday moment, from a routine to a transition, from an activity to a visual support or getting ready for an appointment. They turn these situations into simple, concrete actions, for families, schools and professionals. Practical everyday support, never medical advice nor a substitute for professionals.

Subscription, recurring revenue

A consumer subscription (€24.90/month or €199/year), software margins, a subscriber base that compounds month after month, and an international market from day one, built FR / EN.

Why it scales

Near-zero marginal cost

Once the platform is built, serving one more user costs almost nothing. And every other product in the ecosystem feeds it with data and field understanding.

The field + the tech + the audience

Real expertise in education and disability, in-house AI skills, and a community of parents already engaged for distribution. Few teams combine all three.

Where we stand: field-validation phase, launch planned for 2026. A survey is already running with families, and an early-access program, free and limited to a handful of founding members, lets them shape the agents before launch. Demand is being built before the product.
Our story

Seven years of building. We're accelerating.

Before it's a company, Levis Global is us: two parents who have been creating, launching and shipping for more than seven years, with no intention of slowing down.

In seven years, we've started projects, built brands, supported children, produced and sold. Nothing on paper: real things, shipped, used in the field.

Julien builds: strategy, technology, AI and commerce. He turns a vision into a system that runs. Gwendoline gives brands body and voice: design, creation, image and audience. Together, we own the whole chain, from idea to customer, with no middleman.

We built our house with our own hands. Then we sold it to bet on ourselves. We crossed continents with our children while still creating. And when a major hardship shook everything, we didn't back down: we kept what mattered and accelerated.

Our children aren't a backdrop, they're the engine. What sets us apart isn't one more idea: it's our rare ability to turn it into a product, a brand and revenue. Fast, and with just the two of us.
