Can we work entirely in writing?

Yes. Describe your needs by form or email. We can scope the project and collaborate in writing; a call is optional.

How is pricing set?

Prices apply to the published scope. EUR and USD are fixed commercial price lists, not live currency conversions. Work beyond the scope is quoted separately.

When does the timeline start?

After we receive all content, materials, required access and the upfront payment. Timelines are in business days and the schedule is confirmed during scoping.

What are the payment terms?

EUR price list: up to €500, full payment upfront; above that, at least 50% upfront. The balance is due before final delivery or launch. Payment terms for USD orders are set out in the quote.

What do we need to provide?

Your offer, available copy and materials, constraints and relevant access. Third-party subscriptions, filming, complex features and out-of-scope work are excluded unless agreed in writing.
