This policy covers this website and its forms. The project websites we link to may have their own data practices and policies, including when they are owned by Levis Global.

Information involved
Project inquiries: name, email address, type of need and project description; optionally, company, website, preferred package, budget and timeline. Investor inquiries: name, email and investor profile; optionally, organization, investment range and message. The form language is also included.
Required fields are marked. Without this information, the form cannot be submitted; you can also email us directly. Please do not include passwords, banking details or sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Hosting and security may involve technical data, including IP addresses, requested URLs and request information. Having no advertising cookies does not mean that no personal data is processed.
Purposes and legal bases
To review a project and prepare a proposal you requested: steps before entering into a contract when you are the prospective client; legitimate interests in responding to a business inquiry when you represent an organization.
To answer general or investor inquiries: legitimate interests in managing communications and developing business relationships. To operate and secure the website: legitimate interests in providing a reliable service and preventing abuse.
If a contract is agreed, data needed to deliver the services and handle billing is processed for the contract or applicable legal obligations. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter or provide blanket consent to marketing.
Who receives the information?
Inquiries are intended for the Levis Global team members handling them. Netlify provides hosting, Netlify Forms receives and stores submissions, and Zoho provides email for follow-up and acknowledgments.
These technical providers are involved according to the services used and their contractual commitments. Information may also need to be provided to an authority to meet a legal obligation.
Data retention
Prospect inquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for 12 months after the last exchange. A monthly review is used to delete expired records from both Netlify Forms and Zoho Mail. Client records, invoices and information required for disputes follow their own applicable legal or contractual retention periods.
For a complaint or dispute, only information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims is retained for the applicable period. Unneeded data must be removed from stored form submissions and email, not just one of these locations.
Hosting-related technical data follows the provider’s retention rules and operational, security or incident-handling needs. For information about the data and retention periods that concern you, email contact@levisglobal.org.
International processing
Levis Global is a US company and uses Netlify and Zoho, international service providers. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. We do not claim exclusively European hosting.
Netlify describes reliance on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, depending on the transfer. Zoho states that its international transfers are covered by data protection agreements, including agreements based on EU standard contractual clauses. The documents linked below explain the mechanisms these providers publish.
You may request information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your data at contact@levisglobal.org. A provider’s certification does not certify Levis Global.
Exercising your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, subject to its conditions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; data portability applies when its requirements are met. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting prior processing.
Email contact@levisglobal.org with your request. Proportionate identity checks may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. Under the GDPR, the usual response period is one month, with extensions permitted under its conditions.
You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or alleged infringement. In France, this is the CNIL.
