This page explains how our services work. It is not a final set of general sales terms to attach to an order. Before committing, you receive a quote and contractual documents appropriate to your project and your status as a business client or consumer.
Quotes and orders
The contact form and package finder collect information about your needs. They do not place an order, charge you or commit you to a purchase.
Before ordering, you receive a quote specifying deliverables, formats, scope, exclusions, included revisions, schedule, total tax-inclusive price, currency and payment terms. It also states its validity period and any specific conditions.
An order is formed when you accept the quote and attached documents in writing. A copy of the accepted documents is provided by email or another durable medium. Later website changes do not retroactively change that agreement.
Prices, taxes and outside costs
Published prices include applicable taxes. EUR and USD amounts are separate fixed commercial price lists, not automatic currency conversions. The selected currency and total amount due are confirmed in the quote before acceptance.
Packages marked “from” require a scope-based quote. Monthly prices cover one month of service within the published limits.
Domain names, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, apps, licenses and other third-party costs are included only when the quote says so. Necessary outside costs are identified before you commit; no paid addition is made without your agreement.
Payment
For EUR orders: full payment before work starts for amounts up to €500; above that, at least 50% upfront, with the balance due before final delivery or launch. The quote specifies amounts and due dates. USD payment terms are set out in the quote.
Payment uses the method indicated on the invoice or quote. Website forms do not collect payments. Do not send card details by email or through a form.
An upfront payment does not remove statutory withdrawal or refund rights. The cancellation provisions below still apply. Any late-payment provisions for business clients must be stated in the quote and invoice under applicable law and must not be applied to consumers.
Process, timelines and approval
The schedule is agreed in writing. Production starts after the required materials and upfront payment are received, subject to consumer withdrawal rights. Business-day timelines are specified in the quote.
You provide the required content, access and approvals. Delays or scope changes are discussed in writing, including their impact; they do not authorize automatic extra charges.
Deliverables are presented for review against the quote. Included revisions are completed within that scope. Additional requests require a separate written agreement. Client silence is not treated as blanket acceptance of defects.
Delivery and transferred access are documented. Publication or production changes require your approval. Post-delivery maintenance is included only when specified in the quote.
Monthly services
Creative Monthly and Web Care are limited to the volume described in the package and confirmed in the quote. They do not provide unlimited availability or continuous emergency support.
Monthly services have no minimum commitment and renew each month. You can request cancellation by emailing contact@levisglobal.org before the next period starts. Unused hours or content allowances do not roll over. The quote sets the start date and billing periods; statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where French or EU withdrawal rights apply to a distance service contract, consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Any more protective mandatory rules remain unaffected.
Notify us before the deadline through a clear statement sent to contact@levisglobal.org. The template below is optional. Keep proof of sending. Refundable amounts are returned within 14 days of receiving your decision, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees.
Starting within the 14-day period requires a separate express request. If you withdraw after work starts, only a proportionate amount for services actually provided may be due, when the legal information and express-request requirements have been met.
For a paid service, withdrawal rights are lost only after full performance if work began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right would be lost once the service was fully performed. Signing a quote, paying upfront or requesting customized work does not automatically waive that right.
If a contract supplies digital content without a physical medium, the rules for that category must be explained before ordering, with the required consents and confirmations. The contact form does not collect a waiver.

This optional template should be completed only if you wish to exercise your withdrawal right. You may use the French mailing address or email address above.
Cancellation, rescheduling and issues
Outside statutory withdrawal or termination rights, cancellation or rescheduling is reviewed in writing against progress, the quote and accepted commitments. These terms do not make any upfront payment automatically nonrefundable.
Any amount due must be supported by the applicable agreement and work performed. Payments for work not delivered are settled under that agreement and the client’s mandatory rights.
If Levis Global cannot deliver, the client is informed and possible solutions are agreed in writing, without limiting legal rights regarding delay, nonperformance or defects.
Deliverables, rights and confidentiality
The quote identifies delivered assets, any source files, permitted uses and, where rights are assigned, the rights, purpose, territory and duration of the assignment. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses, and pre-existing tools retain their own rights.
Clients must have the necessary rights to supplied content. Payment or displaying a project on the website does not imply a blanket assignment of all rights.
Nonpublic information received for a project is used to carry it out. Publishing confidential content or presenting client work as a reference requires appropriate agreement.
Where a project involves processing personal data on the client’s behalf, roles, instructions and data protection obligations are defined in an appropriate attachment before accessing that data.
Warranties and responsibility
Levis Global undertakes to perform agreed services with due care. Commercial results, search rankings and the future operation of third-party services are not guaranteed unless separately and expressly agreed.
No clause removes statutory warranties or mandatory client remedies. Where consumer digital-content or digital-service rules apply, an attachment must explain the relevant conformity, update and defect-remedy provisions.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to contact@levisglobal.org, including the quote reference, the issue and your requested solution. Seeking an amicable resolution does not remove legal remedies.
Levis Global has not currently appointed a consumer mediator. Informal email complaint handling is not a substitute for that process. Where consumer mediation is required, the applicable arrangement and contact details must be established and communicated before the relevant service contract is concluded.
The provider is a U.S. company. Applicable law and competent courts are determined under conflict-of-law rules and mandatory protections, including consumer protections. This document does not impose exclusive jurisdiction in a U.S. court.
